The intent of the statement\u00a0is to remind the scholar of his obligation to report all grades and any change in his academic standing, as well as to waive any privacy law or policy applicable to the reporting institution. So, at the very beginning of your post-secondary education, it is appropriate to communicate this to your school and to set up a method that assures fulfillment of this reporting requirement.<\/p>\n<p>The form is in PDF format (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.adobe.com\/products\/acrobat\/readstep2.html\" target=\"\">free download<\/a>).
